2024 Season Renewals

Hello all, we certainly hope that you and your families are healthy and well. We are preparing for spring and wanted to share some reminder information about our upcoming landscape season.

2024 SEASON: We will perform all the same services for you in the upcoming season that we have in the past season, if you would like to change or cancel any services, please let us know, we will adjust accordingly.

EMAILS: Please remember that we will continue to email invoices this season, if your email address has changed, please let us know. We have had some clients not receive our emails on occasion, we have spent significant time investigating these issues, and have found that some servers block emails that are sent out in large numbers, we cannot control this. We can only suggest adding our emails to your safe senders list and/or calling your email provider to ensure their server will allow our emails to your inbox. Email notifications and invoices will come from Notifications@WhitmoresYardCare.com.

CREDIT CARDS: If your credit card is on file for us, please know that it is encrypted and stored safely. Please check your cards, and if they have expired or changed, please update us. Please note that we will charge accounts that are 30 days past due automatically.

FERTILIZATION and MOSQUITO-TICK PROGRAM: If you are currently utilizing our fertilization program, please know that the program will remain the same as last year. For those clients who are using another company for your fertilization and/or tick & mosquito programs, we would ask for the opportunity to provide you with the details of our program as well as a free estimate. We take great pride in our fertilization team, and we are confident that our program and the personalized service you will receive is the best in the industry. Our fertilization team provides expertise and education that cannot be matched. We offer a full fertilization program, as well as a mosquito and tick control program far superior to our competitors. Our program is a dual program offering both protection against mosquitos and ticks, but we certainly understand some clients may have heightened concerns with one or the other pest. We can customer tailor a program to your needs, either a full coverage program, or seasonal. We understand pest control is not just that, it's a matter of your family's health and safety. We will provide you with all the information and pricing you need to be prepared for the upcoming season.

DEER & RABBIT REPELLENT: We are excited to let you know that we have added deer repellent to our list of professional services. This family and pet safe repellent is applied periodically throughout the season, and we will aid in keeping the pesky deer and rabbits from devouring your shrubs & perennials. Please let us know if you would like pricing and details of this new program.

LAWN MOWING: We provide a high-quality professional lawn maintenance service. If you have been thinking about leaving the mowing to the professionals, now is the time. We would be happy to provide you with a free estimate for our weekly lawn mowing program. Utilizing both our lawn maintenance and fertilization programs simultaneously has great benefits.
